Monday 9/11/2023 Update

Good afternoon everyone!

An important update for you today.  Its imperative that you login to https://portal.nextarray.com/ and remove your stored credit card.  You will need to re-add it right away to continue your billing. 

It is very important that you catch up on any past due invoices right away.  I do know some people have been holding off making payments due to the lack of support and pending issues, but we do need you to keep your account in good standing so the system does not terminate you and we not see you have active services.

The requirement to remove is due to a change in the Stripe account (The previous owner of NextArray did not turn over bank accounts or Stripe accounts) By re-adding your card you are linking your customer profile back into the new stripe for payments as stripe stores the PCI Compliant credit card details, not the NextArray Portal.

 

Important Update for VPS Customers

As announced in our last all hands email - NextArray will not be continuing to offer VPS services. 

We are now be able to direct you to CLOUDNIUM.NET for continuing your VPS services. Any and all questions about data, payment credits or renewal dates should now be directed to Cloudnium.  

We understand some users have prepaid accounts or recently paid a bill.  If that was prior to 9/6/2023 - We do not have the power to refund or manage that payment at all.

We will be marking all VPS services "terminated" on our billing system effective 9/16/2023
 

Dedicated Customer Update

We now have control over the DCIM panel for managing services.  Dedicated servers are now in the process of being migrated to BreezeHost.io.  Once you receive your welcome email information from BreezeHost, this is where you will be making your payments going forward. Again, once you receive welcome emails from BreezeHost you will NO LONGER be using NextArray.com for anything dedicated server related.

 

Colocation Customer Update

We are continuing to work with our datacenter partners on regaining access to all the centers.  Progress is slow on this as we are having to jump through several hoops to navigate and rewrite some of the terms and conditions of our agreements that were not in place prior.  We are in daily contact with Sales, Legal, and every other required person to keep moving forward on completing this.  We are still remaining confident that we will have more information to share in the coming days.  We thank you for your patience and very much understand many of you have work to be performed ASAP.


 

Final Note
Our team here at BreezeTech continues to work round the clock to keep sorting though the shrapnel and get everything cleaned up and brought up to our high level of service.   As a reminder, ALL SUPPORT for NextArray is still done via ticket in the NextArray Portal.  Using the BreezeHost.io live chat is not the proper method.  The agents will not be able to help you currently.
